SHH are looking for Architects to join our Residential Architectural Team who have ArchiCAD experience,  we are considering contract and permanent positions, preferably with immediate start.

Please note permanent right to work in the UK is essential for these roles as we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.

We are looking for Architects that are passionate about what they do, hardworking with experience in high end private residential projects. The candidates will be creative, organised and approachable.  The positions would require working in our offices at Ravenscourt Park, London W6 with flexible start times and one work from home day a week once agreed with the team.

       About the Role

• Working on High End Residential Projects.
• Producing detailed drawing packages.
• Site visits and site operations.
• Coordination with MEP services, structural, and architectural requirements.
• Involvement in coordination meetings.
• Working for the project lead in a team of 3 to 4 people

      Your Profile & Experience

• Experience in RIBA Stages 3&4
• Part III Qualified
• 4+ years experience after qualification.
• Strong ArchiCAD experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• knowledge of UK planning and building control procedures
• Highly motivated with a can-do positive attitude.
• Ownership of your work and contribution to the team.
• Capable of working in a pressured environment with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD, Adobe Suite and Microsoft 365.
