SHH are looking for an Architectural Technician to join the Residential Architectural Team.  The Architectural Department consist of 20 strong team, who work in an open plan office which allows for collaboration and support.

We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Technician. You will support the design and delivery of high end residential projects. The role will involve producing accurate technical drawings, co-ordinating with consultants and having a good understanding of UK Building Regulations and Standards.  We will consider permanent and contract positions, the role requires you to work in our offices at Ravenscourt Park, London W6, we offer flexible morning start times and once probation is passed you will be able to work from home 1 day a week.

       About the Role

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans and specifications using ArchiCAD
• Working on high end residential projects in stages 3 &4
• Working in a team of 3 people assisting the Project Lead with technical design development.
• Coordination with MEP services and other consultants.
• Review technical information and resolve design or construction issues with the help of the team.

      Your Profile & Experience

• Degree / HND  in Architectural Technology or Architecture.
• Four years’+ experience in a similar role.
• Strong ArchiCAD knowledge preferred
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated with a can-do positive attitude.
• Ownership of your work and contribution to the team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
