SHH are looking for an Interior Architectural Technician that specializes in Revit to join the Hospitality Team. This is a contract role and we are looking for someone that could start immediately. The 8 strong team collaborate together on all aspects of the project and this makes a great working environment.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about what they do, hardworking with a sound knowledge of the RIBA Stages. The candidate will be creative, organised and approachable. The position will be initially 2 month contract, working in our offices at Ravenscourt Park, London W6.

       About the Role

• Stage 4 documentation.
• F&B / Hospitality projects.
• High level of joinery drawing production.
• Coordination with MEP services, structural, and architectural requirements.
• Involvement in coordination meetings.
• Model exchange and integration with external consultants, with some experience with model management.
• Working in a team of 7-8 people under direction of senior designer/senior associate.
• Providing support and answering Revit-based technical queries from project team members.

      Your Profile & Experience

• Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
• Three years’+ experience as an  Interior Architectural Technician in commercial /hospitality projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated with a can-do positive attitude.
• Ownership of your work and contribution to the team.
• Capable of working in a pressured environment with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Proficient in Revit, Adobe Suite especially InDesign and Microsoft 365.
