We are looking for a bright and charismatic person to head up our office reception, whilst providing solid and consistent administrative support to the studio. The role is diverse and requires someone who has an extremely positive, motivated attitude and someone who is prepared to take on all manner of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
About the Role
Your role will include (but not be solely limited to)
- Greeting and directing clients and visitors to the office
- Answering and fielding calls, taking messages and checking voicemails
- Making tea and coffee for Partners and clients
- Opening and distributing post
- Managing and ordering office supplies
- Keeping the reception tidy and presentable
- Signing for deliveries
- Booking couriers
- Posting outgoing mail and going to the post office when necessary.
- Arranging travel for directors and staff
- Arranging CPD’s for the office
- Congestion charge and taxi bookings when required
- Diary Management
- General admin for Directors and staff – scanning, filing, printing, setting up appointments
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Printing and binding presentation documents
- Any ad hoc tasks that may be required.
