A clubhouse designed
to enhance your living

Upper River Bank Clubhouse

Although not a new phenomenon, multiple residential developments which provide shared recreational clubhouse facilities to their residents are increasingly defining dense city living. At Kai Tak, the rapidly redeveloping site of Hong Kong’s former international airport, is Upper River Bank, an example of just this type of living.

With an indoor pool, cinema, private dining facilities, gym and yoga studios, our developer client has sought from us a design that appeals to a cosmopolitan, affluent market, with a hint of Britishness built in. And where the design of each space should be notably different from the space which precedes it as you journey through the building, offering residents a variety they may not necessarily experience in their own apartments
